What started as a small batch sambal made in a home kitchen quickly became a nationwide favourite. The founder believed that good sambal should be honest, simple and full of flavour, and that philosophy remains at the heart of the brand today.

Che Nor Food Solution Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian company founded in 2014 in Shah Alam, Selangor. The brand was created by Noraida Aznita Azizan, who turned her family’s homemade sambal recipe into a commercial product that quickly grew in popularity across Malaysia. Since launching the Che Nor sambal range in 2015, the company has produced millions of jars and built a strong distribution network with thousands of stockists and agents throughout the country.

The company specialises in ready to eat sambals and positions itself around authenticity, quality and simplicity. Che Nor products are known for using traditional Malaysian ingredients without artificial colouring or preservatives. Their sambal garing ikan bilis, especially the Super Spicy version, became their signature product and helped the brand expand into international markets including Singapore, Brunei and countries with Malaysian communities abroad. Today Che Nor is widely recognised as one of Malaysia’s leading sambal producers.
