By placing an order on our Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions of Sale, together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not place an order.

3. Products

  • We specialise in Malaysian groceries, Asian snacks, and related food items.

  • All product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Slight variations in packaging or appearance may occur due to supplier changes or screen display settings.

  • We take care to ensure all allergen, ingredient, and storage information is provided on product labels. Customers are responsible for checking these before consumption.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • We accept payments via credit/debit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other methods shown at checkout.

  • Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and dispatched.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without notice but will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Orders & Contract Formation

  • Once you place an order and payment is confirmed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email.

  • A contract between you and Pasar Mart UK is formed only once we send the Dispatch Confirmation email.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, for example due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or an incorrect price listing.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship orders across the UK and internationally (see our Shipping Policy for details on delivery options, costs, and timeframes).

  • Delivery times provided at checkout or in our policy are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Responsibility for parcels in transit lies with the courier, but Pasar Mart UK will always work with customers to find a fair resolution in case of loss or damage.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • As most of our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges as standard policy.

  • We may issue a refund, replacement, or store credit at our discretion in cases of product defects, incorrect items, or courier loss.

8. Allergens & Food Safety

  • Allergen and ingredient information is clearly stated on product packaging whenever provided by the manufacturer.
