Bento brings a chewy seafood bite with the sweet, salty and chilli-led seasoning familiar from Thai snack aisles. Tear open a pack and take your time with it: this is a chewy snack with a concentrated flavour.
Thai dried seafood snacks are often eaten a little at a time with a cold drink. Bento follows that style in a compact 20g pack, ready to eat without cooking.
Hot & Spicy is the choice for a more direct chilli kick. Sweet & Spicy puts more sweetness alongside the heat. Grilled Squid Sauce leans towards savoury, roasted seafood-style flavour.
The different seasonings make these useful to compare side by side. Choose one you already know or take the mixed option to try all three.
Serve a few pieces with a bowl of noodles, add a packet to a Thai snack selection or keep one for a savoury bite during a work break. Something cool to drink goes particularly well with the stronger seasonings.
