Decent pineapple tarts.
Pastry: not really melt-in-mouth texture. Too much egg wash - pronounced eggy smell. Unnecessary to add more sugar in the pastry as jam is already very sweet.
Jam: too sweet. A little too much filling. Jam to pastry ratio should be balanced.
Best-balanced and truly melt-in-mouth Malaysian pineapple tarts I've tried are from Alidara Delicacies.
