Cook the paste with chicken, prawns, tofu or vegetables for a rich, savoury salted-egg coating, following the pack directions. Serve the finished dish hot with steamed rice, or spoon over crispy fried ingredients.

Store unopened in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening and use within the period stated on the pack.
