We sell this flavour from two different bakeries, so you can choose the one you want rather than hunting across two listings.

• Homemade — baked all year round by our own bakers in Malaysia, in small batches with fresh ingredients. Smooth and earthy, and available whether or not it is festival season.
• Yi Jia — from one of Malaysia's leading professional mooncake bakeries, baked for the Mid-Autumn Festival only and supplied in Yi Jia's premium branded gift packaging, ready to give.
• Yi Jia with Salted Egg Yolk — the same Yi Jia mooncake built around a whole salted egg yolk, the most traditional Mid-Autumn style of all.

Serve at room temperature in small wedges with unsweetened Chinese tea or BOH tea. The format makes it easy to compare the homemade and Yi Jia versions, build a mixed selection, or choose a polished Malaysian food gift.
