Fry the curry powder gently with onion, garlic and ginger, then add meat, coconut milk or water and simmer until tender, following the pack directions. Potatoes, curry leaves or aubergine make satisfying additions.

Coriander, Chilli, Fennel, Cumin, Turmeric, White Pepper, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Star Anise, Bay Leaf, Clove, Nutmeg, Dhall and Rice.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal the pack tightly after opening and follow the best-before date.
