Invited some neighbours over to see in the New Year & we set up the Yee Shang as an ice breaker . Some of them had never met before but hard to not laugh when tossing the ingredients as high as you can ! The ginger syrup dressing was a new welcome addition & they all dived in for more . Only veg or salad ingredients were used we asked about peanut allergies first . Thank you for making our New Year gathering a happy one .
