Questions
Do I need to sign up?
No. Every Pasar Mart customer is in the Kawan Club. Points are added automatically to the email address you order with, even if you check out as a guest.
How do I check my points?
Log in with the email you order with (no password, we email you a code) and your balance shows at the top of this page.
When do my points arrive?
As soon as your order is paid. You earn points on the products in your order, not on delivery.
How do I use my points?
Once you have 200 points or more, go to your cart and choose your reward. It comes off your order at checkout. Each reward has a minimum spend: £45 for £2 off, £50 for £5 off and £60 for £10 off.
Can I use a reward with a discount code?
No. Rewards can't be combined with other discount codes, but they still work with free UK delivery on orders over £40.
Do my points expire?
Only if you don't order from us for 12 months. Every order keeps all your points active for another year.
Why does my balance have decimals?
We count every penny, so a £36.50 order earns 36.5 points.
What if I return an order?
Points earned on refunded items are taken off your balance. If an order you used points on is fully refunded, we give those points back.
The small print. Points are earned on the products in your order, not on delivery, and are added once your order is paid. 1 point is worth 1p when you swap it for a reward. Points have no cash value and can't be transferred. Rewards need the minimum spend shown, are one per order and can't be combined with other discount codes. The 50 points for joining our email list are given once and removed if you unsubscribe. Points expire after 12 months without an order. Pasar Mart may update or end Kawan Club at any time.
