Shipping Policy – Pasar Mart UK

1. Delivery Scope & International Shipping

Pasar Mart UK ships worldwide.

  • UK orders: delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 48 / Tracked 24, Evri Standard, or Evri Express.

  • International orders: shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed or equivalent fully tracked courier partners.


2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link once your parcel has been dispatched.


3. UK Delivery Options

Royal Mail Tracked 48:

  • Delivery aim: 2–3 working days after dispatch. Royal Mail officially stated it takes 2-14 working days for Tracked 48.

  • Includes tracking, email/SMS updates, and a photo on delivery.

Royal Mail Tracked 24:

  • Delivery aim: next working day after dispatch (may take up to 2 working days in some areas). Royal Mail officially stated it takes 1-7 working days for Tracked 24.

  • Includes tracking, email/SMS updates, and a photo on delivery.

Evri Standard:

  • Delivery aim: 2–4 working days after dispatch.

  • Includes full tracking.

Evri Express:

  • Delivery aim: 1–2 working days after dispatch.

  • Includes full tracking.

Delivery times above are aims only provided by the courier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, seasonal demand, or remote postcodes. 


4. International Shipping Times

  • Europe: delivery aim 5–7 working days after dispatch.

  • Worldwide (outside Europe): delivery aim 7–14 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times depend on destination country, local postal services, and customs clearance.


5. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service selected.
We also offer FREE UK Standard Delivery on orders over £35 (via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri Standard).


6. Local Pickup – Cardiff

We offer free local pickup in Cardiff.
Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll contact you by email or WhatsApp to arrange a convenient time.


7. Packaging & Fragile Items

We vacuum-seal or carefully pack all products for freshness and protection during transit.
Some delicate snacks (such as keropok, crackers, or pastries) may experience breakage during delivery despite secure packaging.
Cosmetic breakage is not refundable as it does not affect the taste or quality.


8. Tracking & Notifications

You will receive a tracking number via email once your parcel has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the courier’s system.


9. Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels

  • If your order is delayed or not delivered, please first check the tracking link provided.

  • If the parcel is marked delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery date.

  • If a parcel is lost in transit, responsibility lies with the courier. However, as a goodwill gesture, Pasar Mart UK will always work with the courier and with you to find a fair solution — which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

  • Investigations by the courier may take up to 10 working days.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers.


10. Restrictions

  • We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

  • Some remote or international locations may experience longer transit times than stated.
