Ordered since 15th Feb for CNY Celebration. Unfortunately till today, i didn’t receive it (28 feb). Contacted both pasarmart and royal mail but no follow up. All my money wasted £70+ in total wasted.
Decent quality and not overly sweet. Pity it wasn’t properly packed as many were crumbled to tiny pieces inside its jar.
My daughter bought me a jar with the Red Top, which was outstanding and very authentic, this time I ordered x2 , I was disappointed with this one , the pastry was thicker and did not taste as nice

Decent pineapple tarts.
Pastry: not really melt-in-mouth texture. Too much egg wash - pronounced eggy smell. Unnecessary to add more sugar in the pastry as jam is already very sweet.
Jam: too sweet. A little too much filling. Jam to pastry ratio should be balanced.
Best-balanced and truly melt-in-mouth Malaysian pineapple tarts I've tried are from Alidara Delicacies.
First had in KL many years ago. Always had to rely on friends bringing back for me (💕) but now can get for myself. Brought back many happy memories, just like the ones I had previously. Thankyou 😋

The taste is definitely reminiscent of home, which I really appreciate. However, I would greatly appreciate it if the tarts could be packed more carefully to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Had many many pineapple tarts the past year by various cooks. This is the only one that hit the spot with its buttery pastry and it’s not too sweet pineapple jam. Will definitely buy again
Replacement tarts were sent out free of charge. Seller was friendly and quick to respond. Not their fault that the courier lost the first parcel

These tarts were excellent. Just as I remember them to be. Pineapple was not too sweet and the pastry was light. I loved them.
