Hi Manan Sarawak Laksa Paste, Now In The UK

Hi Manan, also known as Haji Manan, is a Sarawak brand whose instant laksa paste is a popular choice in Sarawak kitchens. The pack calls it the traditional heritage of Bumi Kenyalang, the Land of the Hornbills, as Sarawak is known.

Sarawak laksa is the dish Kuching is famous for: a rich, spiced broth built on a paste of chillies, spices and aromatics, simmered and finished with coconut milk, then ladled over rice vermicelli with prawns, shredded chicken and thin omelette strips.

Hi Manan Pes Laksa Sarawak does the hard work for you. The paste is ready to cook, so a proper bowl of Sarawak laksa takes a simmer rather than an afternoon of pounding spices.

Whether you miss the laksa from home, want to try one of Malaysia’s most famous noodle dishes or are cooking for a crowd, Hi Manan Pes Laksa Sarawak is a must-have. Comes in a 200g pack and carries the Malaysian halal mark.

Perfect for:

  • Sarawak Laksa
  • Prawn & Chicken Laksa
  • Laksa Noodle Soup
  • Weekend Cooking
  • Cooking For A Crowd
  • Malaysian Home Cooking
