Our Cumin Sliced Special Bakkwa is crafted with rich minced lamb and seasoned to perfection with the warm, aromatic hit of cumin. Smoky, savoury, and slightly sweet!

Handcrafted in small batches, fresh meat, not processed. Each slice is glazed, grilled, and packed with layers of flavour, giving you that signature chewy, caramelised bite. 

Comes in a 500g pack and each slice is individually air sealed!

Ingredients: Minced lamb (fresh meat), fish sauce, maltose sugar, edible oil, honey, food-grade additives, cumin powder.
