  • Shared with: our help-desk & email provider Gmail (Google Workspace) and, where needed, with delivery partners or payment providers to resolve a query.

d. Marketing Preferences
If you opt-in to receive marketing emails or SMS, we collect your email address / phone number and your preferences. You can unsubscribe any time via the “unsubscribe” link or by contacting us.

4. Minors

Our Site is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under this age. If you believe a child has provided us with their details, please contact us so we can delete it promptly.

10. Retention Period

We keep order-related data for six (6) years as required by UK tax and accounting laws.
Marketing-consent data is kept until you withdraw consent.
Customer-service correspondence is kept for up to two (2) years after resolution, unless required longer for legal claims.
We will delete or anonymise data once no longer needed.

11. Automated Decision-Making

We do not engage in fully-automated decision-making that has a legal or significant effect on you.
Shopify applies limited automated fraud-screening (temporary blacklists of IP addresses and payment cards linked to repeated failed transactions).
