Purchased but not opened!

This is the first time I have bought Abalone. I have not opened them as I don't know how to cook them. If they were uncooked or frozen then I would imagine they can have the same treatment as muscles, oysters and scallops but these are in a tin braised and in some kind of fluid I imagine. I think that if you sent a couple of tried and proven recipes for these canned Abalone you would sell many more. Many thanks
