ABC Hot & Sweet Chilli Sauce 335ml

Now Available in the UK!

Sweet chilli sauce with a proper chilli flavour. ABC Hot & Sweet Chilli Sauce, also labelled Sambal Manis Pedas, brings together red chilli heat, sweetness and a savoury garlic note in a thick sauce that clings to whatever you dip into it.

Keep the 335ml bottle on the table for fried chicken, spring rolls, chips and eggs, or reach for it when a bowl of noodles needs a little more flavour.

For dipping, drizzling and cooking

Pour a little into a small dish and serve alongside your meal. It is just as useful in the kitchen: stir it through fried rice or noodles towards the end of cooking, or mix it into a marinade for chicken, prawns or tofu. Start with a small amount and add more to suit your taste.

• With snacks: serve with spring rolls, fried tofu or crispy chicken.
• At mealtimes: drizzle over rice bowls, noodles, burgers or fried eggs.
• In a quick sauce: combine with a squeeze of lime and a splash of water for a looser dip.

An Indonesian sauce brand since 1975

ABC began in Indonesia in 1975 and built its range around sauces for everyday cooking. Its sweet soy and chilli sauces are now sold internationally, bringing familiar Indonesian flavours to kitchens further afield.
