Eu Yan Sang Chicken Essence with American Ginseng & Shu Di 6 x 70g

American ginseng and Shu Di in a familiar Eu Yan Sang bottle in the UK!

The pale green Eu Yan Sang box contains Chicken Essence with American Ginseng & Shu Di, a herbal variety that will be familiar to many customers who have shopped with the brand in Malaysia. It brings American ginseng and prepared rehmannia root, known as Shu Di, together with concentrated chicken essence.

Herbal drinks and nourishing broths have a longstanding place in Chinese food culture. In Malaysia and Singapore, bottled chicken essence offers a convenient way to buy a particular formulation without preparing it at home. The different recipes are part of the appeal, especially for customers who already have a favourite.

Eu Yan Sang has its roots in a small shop founded in Gopeng, Perak, in 1879. From those beginnings, the name grew into a familiar presence across Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong.

This box contains six individual 70g bottles, ready to drink chilled or gently warmed. Pasar Mart UK is an official Eu Yan Sang distributor. Find this American Ginseng & Shu Di variety alongside the original and Ginkgo Biloba options in our Eu Yan Sang range.
