Makan Malaysia Peanut Sauce 190g

A satay meal needs a good bowl of peanut sauce. Makan Malaysia Peanut Sauce combines roasted peanuts with shallots, lemongrass, galangal and tamarind, giving each spoonful nuttiness, sweetness and a little tang.

This 190g jar can be served hot or cold. Spoon it beside freshly cooked skewers, use it as a dip for vegetables, or stir some through noodles when you want a quick sauce with more texture than a smooth dressing.

Serve it with satay

Put a small bowl on the table with grilled chicken or tofu skewers, cucumber and rice. Warm the sauce gently if you prefer it hot, stirring as it heats. Follow the heating instructions on the jar.

Keep some for the next meal
