MAMA Rice Noodles 225g

MAMA Thai Rice Noodles, Now In The UK

MAMA is one of Thailand’s most iconic noodle brands, made by Thai President Foods with the MAMA name dating back to the early 1970s. Alongside its famous instant noodles, MAMA makes quick-cook rice noodles in Thailand from just rice and tapioca starch.

In Thailand, rice noodles are behind some of the country’s best-loved dishes, from pad thai to the noodle soups sold at street stalls in every town. These are a wider-style rice noodle, just right for pad thai and stir-fries.

No long soaking needed: cover the noodles with boiling water for about three minutes (one minute if they are going into a stir-fry), rinse in cold water and they are ready to use.

Whether you are making pad thai at home, stir-frying noodles with your favourite sauce, adding them to a noodle soup or tossing a noodle salad, MAMA Rice Noodles are a must-have. Comes in a 225g pack.
