Man Xiao Bao Matsutake Chicken Soup Rice Noodles 287.5g

Man Xiao Bao Matsutake Chicken Soup Rice Noodles Now Available in the UK!

Smooth rice noodles, savoury chicken soup and an earthy matsutake-style flavour. This Man Xiao Bao noodle meal gives you a warming bowl with a different texture from the usual wheat-based instant noodles.

Man Xiao Bao was founded in Shanghai in 2020, focusing on convenient meals for people eating at home or on their own. You may also see the brand shortened to MXB.

This Matsutake Chicken Soup version pairs slippery rice noodles with a fragrant, savoury broth. The mushroom-style flavour gives the soup an earthy note alongside the chicken seasoning.

Follow the packet method for preparing the noodles and accompanying seasonings. Once the bowl is ready, you can enjoy it as it comes or add your own cooked toppings.

Leafy greens, mushrooms and an egg are easy additions. A little cooked chicken also works if you want to make more of a meal of it.

It is a useful option when you want to try a Chinese rice noodle meal beyond the familiar ramen-style packets.
