Inspired by the classic Penang street dish, this rice vermicelli soup is bold and refreshing, layering tangy tamarind-like sourness with fish-based umami, aromatic galangal, lemongrass, kesom and chilli spices for a vibrant and satisfying bowl in minutes. Ingredients: Rice vermicelli; seasoning powder and paste blend typically including fish broth base, tamarind/asam, lemongrass, galangal, ginger flower, salt, sugar and spices.  

Allergens: Contains fish (fish broth/seasoning). May contain traces of soy, shellfish/crustaceans, egg and milk due to shared production lines 

Serving size: 1 cup approximately 90–105 g, serves 1.

Preparation
