Taste Authentic Serunding Made In Malaysia Now In The UK!
Serunding is a traditional Malaysian delicacy made from finely shredded meat, typically beef or chicken, that is slow-cooked and then fried with a rich blend of spices, including turmeric, lemongrass, and chili. The process results in a flavorful and aromatic dish that has a savory, slightly sweet, and mildly spicy taste, offering a satisfying crunch and depth of flavor in every bite.
Originating from Malay Muslim communities, serunding is carefully prepared according to halal standards, ensuring it is 100% permissible for consumption by Muslims. It is commonly enjoyed as a topping for rice, bread, or crackers, but can also be eaten as a snack or accompaniment to meals.
With its unique blend of flavors and its halal certification, serunding brings the authentic, mouthwatering taste of Malaysia to your table, perfect for those seeking an exotic, savory treat that is both delicious and culturally rich.

Serunding
I ordered daging, but was sent ayam. The taste is not bad, but I was expecting the shredded type as shown in the picture, instead of the serbuk version.

Delicious and spicy
This is by far the best nasi lemak sauce I've tasted. It's delicious and the spiciness is just right. I've ordered this sauce a couple of times already.
