Smooth fruit-flavoured pudding with little chewy pieces of nata de coco. Chill a few cups and you have a sweet finish to lunch or dinner, ready to open when you want one.

COCON Food Industries was established in 1993 in Kedah, Malaysia, specialising in puddings, jellies and other sweets. Its individual pudding cups are a familiar format in Asian grocery shops.

Choose Mango for a rounded tropical flavour, Lychee for a lighter floral note, Strawberry for sweet berry flavour or Orange for a brighter citrus-style taste.

The texture is part of the appeal. The pudding is smooth and soft, while the nata de coco adds a firmer, bouncy chew. Nata de coco is coconut gel, giving each spoonful more variety than a plain fruit jelly.

Serve chilled from the cup or spoon into a small bowl with fresh fruit. It also makes an easy dessert to put out after a meal with several shared dishes.

Each pack contains six 80g cups, 480g in total. Choose one pack or four packs of one flavour. The All 4 Flavours option contains one six-cup pack of each flavour: 24 cups, 1.92kg in total.
