MyKuali Penang Mi Goreng Mamak Noodle Cup is a dry Malaysian noodle dish with a sweet, spicy and savoury sauce. Springy noodles are mixed with paste and seasoning for the garlic, onion and tomato flavours associated with a plate of mamak-style mee goreng. Mee Goreng Mamak is our best-selling MyKuali flavour.

Mee goreng is a familiar order at Malaysian mamak stalls, whether it is a quick meal during the day or supper with friends. MyKuali’s cup version gives you that style of noodle in a single serving, with the sauce coating the noodles after the cooking water is drained.

MyKuali is a Malaysian brand from Penang, created to make familiar local flavours easier to prepare away from home. This Mi Goreng Mamak cup is one of its dry noodle options, with the seasoning mixed through the cooked noodles before serving.

Follow the cup instructions: soften the noodles with boiling water, drain as directed, then mix in the sachets. At home, a fried egg, lime wedge and some bean sprouts make simple additions. Mix thoroughly so the sauce reaches the noodles at the bottom of the cup.
