Korean BBQ Ssamjang, Now In The UK

O’Food is the global brand of Daesang, the Korean food company founded in 1956 and the maker of Chung Jung One, one of Korea’s best-known names in traditional sauces. O’Food now brings Korean flavours to more than 80 countries.

Ssamjang is the thick, savoury dipping paste served at every Korean barbecue, made from doenjang (soybean paste) and gochujang. Diners spread it on lettuce leaves with grilled pork and rice to make ssam, the classic lettuce wrap.

This Mild Ssamjang keeps the rich, nutty soybean flavour with a gentle warmth, so everyone at the table can enjoy it.

Whether you are hosting a Korean BBQ night, making lettuce wraps, dipping cucumber and peppers or seasoning rice and vegetables, O’Food Mild Ssamjang is a must-have. Comes in a 500g tub.

Perfect for:

  • Korean BBQ
  • Lettuce Wraps
  • Grilled Pork
  • Veggie Dips
  • Rice Bowls
  • BBQ Nights
