I bought this bakkwa and chicken floss. It never arrived but the owner was very kind to ring me and do extra mile. It wasn't their fault but the courier's and he rang me that he will send me another batch. Its a shame that the snacks hasn't arrived yet but still waiting for them to arrive. I just leave a 5 star as the owner was very accommodating even its not their fault.
